Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Executive to lead our SEO efforts and drive exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles, proven experience in managing SEO campaigns, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. You will work closely with our content, development, and marketing teams to enhance our clients’ online presence and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO aspects.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize content to target relevant search queries.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Technical SEO: Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and page speed.
• Link Building: Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and enhance domain authority.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including developers, designers, and marketers to ensure cohesive and effective SEO strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of successful SEO campaigns and results.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
